Organisational trauma affects the entire system. I have witnessed and personally experienced the pain of individuals, teams and organisations from traumatic events and patterns associated with cumulative trauma.
As a woman who identifies as BIPOC I also know the deep seated trauma that must ongoingly be processed due to historical and contextual racism and its intersectional impacts.
Working from both trauma-sensitive and strengths-orientation perspectives, I equip organisations to promote individual and cultural health.

- Psychoeducational corporate and conference speaker engagements.
- Providing creative tools for communication that strengthens social and psychological safety in teams.
- Providing resources for understanding trauma-sensitive ways of leading; and for elevating strengths-based, creative approaches to mental health.
- Facilitating creative workshops for teams to heal, adapt and connect.
- Facilitating organisational or systemic constellations workshops that identify systemic barriers to, and stabilisers of, cultural health.
- Offering didactic workshops for leaders, coaches, consultants and facilitators to enrich your expertise with trauma-informed, strengths-oriented, arts-based approaches.
- Offering didactic workshops specifically oriented toward Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Safety (DEIS), for organisational teams as well as coaches and facilitators.
Backed by evidence-based research, these offerings are designed to elevate biocentric approaches to organisational effectiveness, and to stewarding psychological, emotional and behavioural health of people.
We want organisations to be safe spaces – as much as they can be – for the stewarding of growth and generativity. Safe spaces for meaningful engagement, learning, and self-expression, calms the social nervous system creating adaptive strength. This ignites growth and social capital that leads to many benefits for both individuals and organisations.
